Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or special-order products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale”.
- Products that show signs of installation or damage.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at 941 225 9701 / sales@comarval.com to initiate your return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the payment method used will be verified. Only payments made in cash or via Zelle are refunded; if the payment was made with a card or through QuickBooks, you will receive the amount as credit for a future purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the original product and place a new order.
